You can buy the pedestal Bases and pedestals for $8 each and then you can afix them to any solid table top or make your own out of a good piece of plywood cut to whatever shape and size you want. below are links to the table tops and the hardware. you need two bases and one pedestal for a single pedestal table or double that amount for a double pedestal table.
