UPDATE:
Took to the dealer for warranty. New steps are on order along with a ceiling panel over the top bunk. My other issues were corrected and the grey tank volume and drain repaired. So far so...

Entrance Steps 2020 Aspen Trail 2750BHSWE

Our entrance steps are wicked, the lower step cants to the left when weight is applied so the left side sinks down about an inch or better more than the right side creating an undeveloped platform....
