Is there a motor on each end of the awning tube ? Both ends of tube look the same is why I am wondering gm. If it has 2 could it be that 1 isn't working ? Thanks

I have a 5ver with electric awning, it wants to roll up crooked, this the arms don't want toock in the travel position. Any help ? Thanks in advance
