Way to heavy 1 inch board is just as heavy as what was in there. the fail for me was ramp door seal on top now with everything sealed and painted I dont see any future issues there.

Ps the plywood only came and sheets once I had a new piece of wood centered and lined up. I found the center holes from underneath the trailer for the tiedowns and drilled those from the bottom up....
