I tried posting a link but my post isn't showing up. I found bright ones (Optronics Micro-Flex UCL50CB) but they're back ordered & I found not-so-bright ones on Amazon (Grote 60561)

The grommet is holding the light in like utility...

The grommet is holding the light in like utility bed/trailer lights. You can push it through and then retrieve it after pulling out the grommet or pry it out with a pocket screwdriver or trim panel...
