I lost a wheel skirt last weekend when my tire treads separated from the tire also. I called a local dealer and they were able to order one for me. With the supports it was about $58 + freight.

I own a 2016 Aspen Trails 2720 RKS. Returning home from a trip last weekend I had a tire blow it's tread. Did quite a bit of damage: Destroyed the fender trim and supports, pulled a group of 4 wires...
