Mine is under the couch, close to the fridge. I had to take the panel up on that side and there it all is. The screws were so short they pulled right out.

Spare tire looks like it uses a Square or round tube with notches to get it down. This used to be standard on a car jack at one point.

Hmmm

Have you checked that there is nothing binding/blocking it from folding flat? The sofa in ours did that and I found the panel underneath to cover the water heater and pump was not seated. Fixed that...

If you are having issues with things sticking you may need to prep the surface with rubbing alcohol first to clean anything that is on the surface.

It should be 12v power coming from the tow...

It should be 12v power coming from the tow vehicle, at least that is what I have found on mine.

So far...well water heater board went the first...

So far...well water heater board went the first trip, second trip the furnace went, and then mice. But now it is all good. Just have to change the pull out service inlet and change it to a plug in...
