Kodiak Travel Trailer Sofa

Question for anyone.about a sofa in 2018 206ES.
The sofa folds down to become a bed but the back part is a couple inches higher than the seat portion. When completely open of course.
It makes for an uncomfortable bed to try and sleep on.
Any way to resolve that issue?
Thanks
Jeff

Hmmm

Have you checked that there is nothing binding/blocking it from folding flat? The sofa in ours did that and I found the panel underneath to cover the water heater and pump was not seated. Fixed that and it went flat. Just a thought.

Our Kodiak is the same way. It is not ideal. I don't think anything is blocking it but it is just how it is. Same thing with the dinnette, but I raised the plastic supports to make it level (i.e. from the factory, the table top surface that drops down to form part of the bed was 2 full inches lower than the dinnette seating, which is the other part of the bed). Can anyone say, stupid?
