I have a 2012 Kodiak 255 BHSL and it did not come with a cover. I wonder if the cover you have was made by the previous owner?

No delam issues. Some cracking on the frame near where the leaf springs attached. I had to reinforce the area and all seems good now. If you don't have access to a welder...

I don't know about towing at 65 MPH, but you certainly should not exceed 65 MPH (at least not for long). Trailer tires are not rated beyond 65 MPH.
