Friend has a Coleman-Mach digital thermostat #6636-3441 that reads the room temp as 0 degrees. Consequently the a.c. doesn't work. Any ideas?

When set to high the fan comes on. Does not seem to come on when on low. I know she hasn`t changed the thermostat and i have to confirm if the rooftop unit is Coleman Mach. She says the heater worked...

Manual electric awning operation

Wife and I own a 2014 Dutchman Denali fifth wheel. If memory serves it's a 2445 28'. Neither "head" of my electric awning has any logo embossed in it nor can I find any stickers anywhere to indicate...
