Thanks for the pool noodle idea. Have plenty of those. Also found some fabric glue at Walmart that seems to work pretty well. Beats having to drop a couple of Bens on another cover!

Sounds good. I was almost sold on the 250 when I saw the price difference was about $3000. That's when I was sold on the 350. Hope to get 20 years at least out of it like my 4 wheel drive Silverado...

Spoke to service manager, he has never seen that. He needs to remove floor and see what may be causing it. Could be something left under floor he said during the manufacturing process.
