2 of them are low point drains: 1 for the hot & 1 for the cold. The 3rd is for the water tank. The water heater drain in behind the access panel to the water heater on the outside of the trailer.

You should also protect the low point & water tank drain lines that hang down below the floor insulation. Be careful if you use heat tape. Some tape can not be wrapped around the pipe or overlap...
