Had the same problem. After almost giving up found that the factory installed an outlet behind the fuse box. And it went bad. Why would they install one behind a wall. Spliced wires in a gang box now...

I hadt the same problem on my 2017 voltage. I found it to be the out side seams there was little to no chaulk and it found its way in. I rechaulked and it fixed the leak. Good luck
