I have that same couch, I have not figured out...

I have that same couch, I have not figured out how the two middle seats recline. there is no lever to use to recline them, any ideas?

electric panel question

I have a 2013 voltage v3895. After looking closely at the panel I noticed a switch for bath 1 and bath 2 blank tanks. Any idea what this switch does?
