When ever you take it back to the dealer for any work, make sure they look at your vent system, my vent hose was too long and was kinked, they shortened it and I have no more issues with filling...

Wish I could help, I will keep an eye out as I surf. If the manuals they made in 1997 are about the same as the one I got for my 2013 Voltage, it will be pretty much worthless. Very generic. Not sure...
