Fresh tank drain and water pump location

trying to help a friend here in the park. She has a 2012/13? Komfort Trailblazer T2700RB.
She has never filled or used the fresh water tank. She would like to sanitize it and add some water.
we cannot find the tank drain. There is a tube coming out of the belly where the tank is located, but it is not capped and there is no valve visable.
I would like to access the water pump to install a winterization kit but I cannot locate the access panel. I can hear the pump running in the belly next to the water tank, but I see no access.
Do I have to drop the under panel to access the drain valve and pump?
I've looked under the bed, in the basement storage, under the sink, in the bath next to the WH.
She has the manual, but its a generic POS.
Any help is greatly appreciated
Barney

I am at work and have computer access and will do some looking for you. I would think that tube that is not capped is probably just the fresh water overflow. I will let you know what I find out

Do you see something like this under the trailer somewhere? This is the type of drain I had on my TT. Different model but I think most TT that have smaller fresh water tanks don't have the bigger dump valves. Also read somewhere that the pump might be behind one of the drawers in the kitchen area, probably around the kitchen sink. Check that out

no drain valve showing. Ive been behind every drawer, cabinet, cupboard in this thing. I can't find the pump anywhere. Like I said, I can hear it running from under the trailer near where the tank is, but I can't see anything.
Thanks for trying

do you have water in the tank now? just a thought maybe that line you see is the drain line which is missing the little valve? If you have water in the tank....disregard this message

Have you checked in and around the water heater area for drain lines? also have you checked under one of the bench seats for the dinette for the pump? Providing this has the dinette option

finally decided to just fill the tank. as it began to fill, water began to run out of the tube. So mystery solved there. Just had to put a shut off valve in the end of the line. Still haven't located the pump yet
Thanks again for all your help

Are you sure the tank was empty? What does the monitor show? I still think that is the overflow tube. If you could hear the pump running than the tank had water in it. How much?

Sounds like you already confirmed it, but to me this definitely sounds like the fresh water tank drain and the screw on cap is missing. This is exactly how mine works. My dealer put the cap in the outside water heater access panel next to the water heater drain plug after winterization. It took me a while to find it! So I'd recommend checking there for the cap.

As for the pump, I actually had to remove a panel in a cabinet beneath my kitchen sink with a screwdriver to get to it. I have never put the panel back because I want easy access to the pump.

Pump don't care, it'll run with or without water.

Agree but it makes a different sound without water to pump. If no faucet was open & pump is running means one of three things. No water in tank, leak in water lines, or bad pump.
