I emailed Dutchmen and they said if an authorized dealer won't help you ,go to your local RV repair shop and they will pay for any repairs.
Sounds good so far.
I used a tube of caulking up to seal...

Thanks to all who replied.
The h20 heater is just a LP fired model, but its not a big deal.
At least now I know what I am dealing with.
Now I hope I have the leak in the slide sealed up.

Our new never slept in tt 3wks old has a leak in the right front corner of the slide.
The nearest warranty service center is in Kelowna about 4 hrs away, and two weeks for an appointment.

We bought a new 265bhs and have had water in the front corner of the slide,some of the caulking on the outside is pretty crappy. I will seal the cracks and see if it helps. Who is your...

The heater is a Atwood Model#G6A-8E.
I'm pretty sure that it is only gas cause the schematic inside of the door doesn't have any heavy AC wiring shown.

We just bought a 2012 Dutchmen Sport 265BHS and am wondering if the hot water tank works just off propane or if it also works on AC?
