Coleman 2020 Lantern 202rd Battery power

Thanks in advance to anyone having helpful information.

I recently purchased a 2020 Lantern 202rd 25' travel trailer. I am trying to locate the switch to change from shore power to battery power. I cannot find one. Noe of the interior lights will come on, the water pump will not work ... for all intent and purposes there is no power inside the camper.

It has one battery which is charged. The front jack as well as the power stabilizers all work. but still not power inside.

any thoughts/help would be appreciated.
