Since most RV sites provide electrical power with the cost of the site, try using an electric heater. I prefer the oil filled radiators since there is no chance of fire. I also placed a heater in the bathroom and closed the doors. I survived two degree below zero weather in the carolina mountains without issue except for the sewer hose freezing - my fault, forgot to go on internal tanks. That is unless you don't have electric.
