I don't think I would seal those screws. Water doesn't usually run UP.where exactly is it wet?

It works GREAT! keeps them from sticking...

It works GREAT! keeps them from sticking amazingly enough. One application is good for about six months.

Pretty strange since you really have NO seals...

Pretty strange since you really have NO seals that should just leak on that floor. While it is closed, the seals at the top and such would probably not leak water on the floor unless it's going...
