So I did purchase the locking door latches from Challenger Doors. They make their own cargo door latches which is why they were so hard to find. You can purchase them through their inside sales...

OK, thanks everyone. Here is what I have found out. The baggage doors for the Denali's are made by a company called Challenger Door.
