I did mine at LaMesa in Mesa, not the one on the West side. I worked with a guy named Jose in their service department and he actually did a very good job.

Thankfully for me, mine was done via warranty so I did it at the dealership. I'm sorry but I can't provide any more useful input than that.

All,
I am trying to issue a warranty claim to repair/replace the windows in the slide of my 2016 282DBHS. I need to replace the two on the ends as well as the large rear window by the dinette....
