We had good success with filling the Lemon Law....

We had good success with filling the Lemon Law. Dutchmen ended up settling out of court. We got a brand new 2016 replacement. We live on Texas. I don't know how the Lemon Law works in other states....

Some of the things we didn't notice at first, other things happened after the first use and the second use. Obliviously didn't use the AC in Dec! Don't care who believes us on here, it's the dealer...

Some of our issues are. Main AC doesn't cool, Generator won't stay running, leveling system keeps setting toy hauler on nose, slides ( which seems to be everyones, we made it 50 miles from the dealer...

Our state does have the lemon law & our toy hauler is covered under it. Was just wondering if anyone ever used it and what was the outcome

Angry Lemon Law

Has anyone ever used the lemon law? We purchased our 2014 3990 in Dec. since then we have only been able to use it twice. Once in March for 12 days. Then it went back to the dealer for over 40...
