1/2" ID vent hose would be nice but with the way the vent tube on the tank & filler it's 3/8" :-sad- I will double check to see if it'is too long & drops below the tank top.

What model do you have? Front tank on every Voltage I've seen is for the hand pump. Rear tank is for the generator.

Other thing I found is the front tank was slow to pump. Did found a fix for that. I cracked the fuel cap to allow it to breath & pumped way faster.

Don't know if this is a problem only on mine or maybe with the California emissions.
I found that it took quite awhile to fill both my fuel tanks. Even when totally empty I couldn't put the fuel...
