That's exactly why the service rep said they're replacing EVERYTHING... not just the motors. He said the entire assy will need to be replaced to have everything updated.

Though my unit hasn't failed technically, I did notice it was a bit awkward in it's smoothness to open and close.

I took it to the dealer and they told me that they're just going to replace...
