Door Latch Replacement

We have 2012 Dutchmen Denali 5th wheel. We are having to replace the door latch because we are unable to open from inside. My husband prefers getting a Dutchmen part. Do you have any suggestions as getting parts other than local dealer. We prefer to just order online if possible.

I put a remote push-button lock on mine and took the stock lock off. I like the fact that I can use a remote or the push buttons and not have to worry about having a key or the same key that everyone else has. BUT, you should be able to get one from RECPRO.

There is no such thing as a Dutchmen part. All of their parts are made by someone else. All they do is bolt everything on to the chassis—and not very well at that. The latch is likely a standard size and you can find many that will fit.

Etrailer is a great on line option. Trekwood stocks lots of parts too but poorly organized website. Much easier to call them.

Good luck.

Thank you all for the information. This picture is similar to what we have. I think I may have located the key pad, key fob and key replacement lock.

Just about any of the power locks will fit a standard door. Doesn't take much t oinstall them. let us know how you come out!
