We purchased a new 2014 voltage 3950 from Lazzy Acres in Ontario Canada. We purchased it early spring and had the unit back over 4 times and never could get the auto level to work. We are now in Dallas Texas on a trip. So we stopped at ExploreUSA in Mesquite Texas. With in 4 hrs they (John& Brett)had the problem diagnosed and parts ordered. Now it is up to Voltage to ship the parts. It seems the ground wires where not cleaned and paint prevented a good ground which burned out the memory board.

Thank you l.pinkerton. I have not had a problem with mine but this will prevent one thank you.:-tup

auto levelers are fine as long as your on level ground any thing over 3% slope then you'll need to put blocks down not only on the front legs but the middle ones as well and don't use those plastic ones the legs can slip right off those it happened to me and messed up the ram

Thanks for that fix bit! My wife asked me 2 weeks ago if we will need them. I did not think so but now I know. Problem avoided!

I use the big recycled rubber (tire) mats for my rams, purchased 2 sets of six, at one short site, where front was angled down could not get level up to work had to place 3 per front legs. I have noticed that when I disconnect from truck, I have to raise front of camper, then auto level or it goes haywire. So chock, disconnect raise front-end then hit auto-level and all is good!
