Voltage Epic 4150

I have a Voltage 4159 epic toy hauler
I have no power to the camper and cant start the generator I put a new battery and still no power
If i plug electric in the side then very thing works i can start my generator and if i unplug the power the generator will stay running and every thing works
if i turn the generator off then there is no power and the generator will not start
I have checked all fuses and relays that i can fine
any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you checked the twelve volt kill switch??

Yes i have could i buy pass it just to see if it would work ?

Entry door kill switches usually control a relay near the battery bank. You can jump the door switch to see if it operates the relay properly.

If that does not help, jump the relay to see if the relay is bad.

Before you do these steps, check to see if the battery is connected properly and if there is a heavy duty disconnect switch near the battery. It may be "OFF".
