We have a ceiling mount electric unit in the master bedroom, but it doesn't heat up. I don't know if I'm setting it right because I've only used it to as an AC, which works great! Anyone know where I can find directions on how to set it for heat? Or can you give me a heads up?

Thanks,

I have a similar unit. Heat elements are an option you may not have. Mine does not have heat elements. Mine still hast the "heat" printed on the controls. They just don't work.

I use the RV propane furnace for heat. When outside temperatures are above freezing I use a small portable space heater.

You must install the heat coil. I purchased one when we first got our camper. As I remember it as about a 100 dollars and about an hour to install. Not hard. It does work pretty good on cool mornings.
