Urgent Advice Please!

Hello All - Not a genuine Dutchmen owner yet but hoping to become one tomorrow! Going to look at a 2004 Dutchmen Sport.
Please - any and all advice would be appreciated since we really don't know what the heck we're doing.
What to look for, questions to ask, etc.

On a used camper start from the roof down. A lot of people never caulk or maintain their roofs, if that's the case, run.
