I feel ridiculous but we just bought a 2014 Aerolite 213 rbls, and we CANNOT figure out how to arrange the cushions to fully cover the platform.. has anyone else had this issue, or am I just too dumb to camp?

In our Coleman, there is no "solution." Just pull as many cushions as you need to cover as much as you can. There was one solution, but it used back cushions (not as thick), and overhung the table by about 6 inches. Not cool when you want to sit on the edge of the bed.

With our Kodiak, the back & side cushions just lay on the table in a nice pattern. No rhyme or reason to the configuration either...

Me and a few of my friends have tried every conceivable pattern, and there is always a gap somewhere, or a cushion is sticking a foot past the edge of the table. It really shouldn't be that hard to figure out, I never considered myself that dense.

Do you have the curved corner cushions? No way we could ever sleep someone on there if we needed to.

We move our seat cushions to the table, pointing forward/rearward, keeping the thick ones under our shoulders and butts. We fill the gap at the bottom with the thinner, back cushions. Yes, it overhangs the table by about 8 inches. But that combo, along with a 2" memory foam roll, gives us the most comfort. BTW, I constructed an I-Beam out of 2x4's to place under the center of the table, for more confidence on it's ability to hold us!

Yes, we have the curved corner cushions. I'll post a picture tomorrow of the jigsaw puzzle...

Okay, my apologies for taking so long on this. New job and camping kind of got in the way. Anyways, here's a picture of our dinette as a dinette and as a bed. Hope it helps with the puzzle...

Odd, if you do it like that on ours, the little cushions stick over super far, you can smash them in there, but it looks like it would do damage if left for too long. Yours doesn't look too crushed...

Nope. No smashing or crushing required. They fit in there nice and snug.
