We've all done it. Got our list & loaded the RV. Set out and once got to your first stop..................yea I forgot the________________ you fill in the blanks.

All of us have forgot the ketchup or hot dogs. No I mean what important did you forget.
Me the worst thing I forgot was my 50 amp power cord  Here I am in Las Vegas 110+ & can't turn on the A/C. Went to CW & found a 30 amp cord that worked. This was three years ago with my Teton.
Yup left it right where I disconnected it at home.

Only good thing about it is now I care it in my Voltage & when not needing 50 amp service I can use the MUCH lighter 30amp cord. ;)

SO WHAT HAVE YOU FORGOT ?

Ahhh, you're jinxing me. We haven't camped in 8 weeks:eek: and we're heading out this Thursday, I just know something will be left behind.

That camping checklist link in one of the forums is a real life saver. My old brain is very forgetful these days.

RV Camping Checklist

I left NC Sunday morning, on my way to AZ...

So far, so good... (knocking on wood). :)

Sewer hose... I'm up to five now. No bumper on the toy hauler and the stock pipe is too small for the Rhino hose I like to use so I keep them in a tub in the garage. Most the time I dry camp and don't need one, but whenever I stay at an RV Park and leave them behind I wind up buying a new one!!!

A 6 inch PVC storage pipe has only been on my To Do List for the past year???

I know this isn't major, but my worst was I forgot my Coffee Beans. I know it doesn't sound like much, but I was not a happy camper in the morning. The second worse was I forgot the dog food. The dogs didn't mind, they ate like kings... hamburgers, bacon and eggs..

This vacation after staying at a campground in Hamilton Mt. I left my BBQ propane hose behind. Yea got to my final stop outside of Glacier N.P. Went to use my propane BBQ & couldn't find my hose. Wife said she saw it sitting on the table of the last place we were at & figured I'd put it away like I always do. Went down to Home Depot & bought a new one. Old one was only four feet & always needed a longer one which is what I bought. ;)
I think that spot was jinxed. When we pulled into that spot the person before us left their water hose.
Oh I forgot to tell you I also left my water hose at home. Had been using it for a swamp cooler we had in the garage. It sprung a leak & never bought a replacement to put back in the Voltage. Have one now. ;)

We ALWAYS forget something. Worst thing so far was my keys to the camper. Luckily my wife brought hers along. Whew...

And then there was that time we brought all the spices, special cooking pan, apple sauce, etc. for a pork roast - except we left the roast home in the freezer. erps...

Bet you had the grinder though.:)

Yea, I have two grinders, a electric and a hand operated one. (always prepared for no A/C power.) Both stay on the trailer.
I do enjoy my coffee out of a French Press. As far as I'm concerned its better then Starbucks with the right beans, proper grind and correct water temperature.
The only thing that's sucks about the French press is getting rid of the used grinds...

Forgot the pipe to help with hooking up the weight distribution.
I'll just have to make the electirc jack work a little harder.
