Waiting for delivery on a 2015 Voltage 3990 in March. Does anyone know if there are service or shop manuals available for purchase?

In a word, no. You'll get a ream of paper that alludes to the unit itself and more paper from the appliance manufacturers.

A WHAT?:eek::LOL:

I asked my dealer and he just rolled his eyes. Apparently they no longer exist (if the ever did). I do know that Airstream used to put out comprehensive owners' manuals, service manuals and shop manuals... 25+ years ago.

Most of the systems are pretty generic, the problem is figuring out where and how they were installed and FWIW no two trailers appear to be built exactly the same.

This is my 5 RV, and I have done my own investigations, taken walls and other parts apart to see where everything goes and note the locations, I even went as far as listing the weight of water, Propane, Diesel, etc. along with what each tank holds and weights. Nuts, but when something goes out I know where the wire is etc. Good luck on the new one

I've asked customer service for specific information about how a system is put together and the location of water system workings. The answer I always receive is that they don't publish or give out specific system information because it is proprietary information and they don't want the other manufacturers to know their secrets. Really! I think they put too much ego into their trade secrets. I like my TT but this is ridicules.

Proprietary?:roll: more like they don't have any drawings and make the crap up as they go a long.

Proprietary,,,,,,,,,,, they don't want anyone to easily find the where all the crap is.

I don't think they even KNOW where it is... I have worked on two supposedly identical Cardinal 5vers, they were built about 2 weeks apart. Wiring and plumbing runs were not the same. About the only consistency was the inconsistency.
