Just bought a 2004 Aerolite Cub 160 which needed a lot of work -- no problem, not my first rodeo. It did not come with the rear bunk canvas - I've never worked on a hybrid with tent bunks. I purchased a premade from Top Stitch that I received quickly as it had already been manufactured [canvas replacements are now 9 months wait]. The new canvas is a good fit however I have no instructions and can't find any YouTube's to give me some guidance on how to install. The old canvas velcro-d to the door, new canvas has a piping that should go into a channel - can't seem to find the channel. Any help would be awesome. I don't want to modify the new canvas until I have a clearer understanding of how this gets attached to the frame. :)

I think you might get better results if you post your question on the RV.net forum. This Dutchmen forum is not nearly as active as RV.net or several other owners forums I'm a member on.

This thread is a bit old but I thought I'd share for those that come looking like I did.

BearCreek Canvas has been super helpful with my questions. Omega is the plastic that the canvas gets attached to which slides into the tracks. BearCreek have a couple installation videos.
