Profile pic and signature

Good Morning,
I have loaded a profile pic in the "User CP" section. Under options, it shows it is checked; however, it doesn't come up when I send a message.

Am I missing a step in the process?

Please help; thank you!

I'm seeing a "Retired Navy" emblem. Is that the pic you're wanting to publish?

Hi, Marty,
The Retired Navy emblem is my avatar and it comes up fine. When I look at other people's posts, some of them have a pic and signature. Mine only has the signature. Wondering if I'm missing a step with placing a pic with the signature.
