Power step stopped working on Dorado Motorhome

We just purchased a 2005 Dutchmen Dorado 28 foot Motorhome. Initially the step worked fine, but stopped. I changed the fuse for the step, but that didn't work. Any suggestions? Also, there is a little on/off switch on the driver's side of the cab above the mirror adjustment - can't find out what this is for. Thanks for any help you can offer

The switch above the mirror control should be for heated mirrors.
Is the switch for the step on? On the left side of the door opening, next to the patio light switch.

Power steps not working

Hi PaulWild - yes the switch is for the heated mirrors. The switch by the steps does not activate them. Changed fuse but still no luck.
