My potable water tank is filling up slowly but constantly while hooked up to city water. I am not running city water through the tank fill port, just to clarify. I am guessing either the water pump or a valve has failed/is failing. I can't find a reliable diagram of the fresh water system showing what the City water/Potable water lines have in common. Thank you for any insights or information!

Yup! Water pump has a check valve to prevent water from entering the tank. Replace water pump and make it quiet but insulating it with a rubber base and flexible hoses…

I replaced my pump with a 45 psi 3.0 GPH pump with accumulator tank. This accumulator makes it quiet. A bigger would be 60 psi and 5.5 GPH.
