Dan Delong from Dutchmen sent me an email at 5:00PM (there time), yesterday. He stated that they have no paint codes. He informed me to go to a paint.............etc.
Obviously, I wasn't happy.
I called him during business hours today. I calmly, told him that there are several units that were painted with my color scheme. I went on to say that I find it hard to believe that no one knows what colors were used. He said that the units were subbed out. "Well Dan, someone from your company had to pick these colors. The body shops didn't pick the colors".
Apparently, I caught his attention. He went and asked someone while I was on the phone.
He has taken my Vin number and will get back to me.
I can only, hope.

wvdmen,

No, not yet.

Obviously, Dan Delong is a very busy individual. I would hate to give him such a short time frame for him to get me the information that I need. We don't want to stress him out.

I believe a week should be adequate. I did ask for four color codes and the build sheet (for my VIN) with all the componants listed that was installed on my unit.

72mach,

Do you believe that they have this data through their national system, or specifically Las Vegas?

I had purchased my unit from Great Lakes RV in Elkhart, Indiana. This company is about as usless as &%*# on a bull .

I'm going to try the 'main' CW here today as the 'secondary' CW didnt do it. I again asked Dutchmen for specifics on the 2nd AC option via email and they referred me to the local dealer parts department which really is unacceptable.

Hopefully, the "Main" CW will be able to give you that info.
Yes, with Dutchmen that is unacceptable.
This all reflects on my purchase of another unit, next time.

Well at least CW is consistent, the main one also was not able to give me a build sheet per se but he did say that if they have to order parts they input the VIN and 'sometimes' it will show what is supposed to be associated with that VIN. I asked a couple of times for the specific build sheet and the response was that there wasn't really such a process for CW to get that. Lots of double talk and a huge waste of time. I left Heartland because of the quality of the Cyclone, I am fairly pleased with the quality of this unit but the customer service takes a big back seat to the Heartland customer service and I thought Heartland was just so-so for the most part.

I did ask if he could get me the model of the mid AC unit and the model of the inside ducted panel so I can get that ordered and he couldn't even do that even though they had at least two 3750s on the lot. They didn't have the product manuals in the units as I checked.
