[2014Denali]

We just purchased a 2014 286rex new left over not real happy about it but is what it is.

It is a really nice camper but dealer experience wasn't best. But I joined to see what others thought of the Denali this is my second one but first ever new one.

It's sad how many dealers there are that don't have Customer Service mindset. I've had the misfortune of dealing with more than one crappy dealer.

I previously owned a Dutchmen and told myself I would never own another, many years later I found myself on the buying end of a Denali 262 RLX fiver. We have owned it now for 2 years and so far no problem and we really love it. I guess everyone make a lemon and I owned one before, but knock on wood this one has been great.

We went to dealer over weekend almost all is fixed now I guess complaining helps sometimes service department is coming through for us so far

We always tell everybody to check everything before you take it off the Lot, You are lucky that its getting repaired quickly, most dealers don't get back to your RV for a couple months, You may have a good Dealer? Good luck and Happy Camping
