Hello everyone. purchased our 3818 about six months ago. Love the RV. Unfortunately we were victims of theft last night. Dropped it off at the dealer for winterization and someone crowbared open the door and stole three TVs. Dealer said their insurance will cover it but DAMN :-ang! Any ways glad to be on the forum.

That's a terrible ordeal to go through.
TV's? Who steals TV's anymore? smh....

In CO I was robbed, also. Guess you must be glad it was on their property so their insurance can cover your loss.

Hopefully they took the Furrion television and you can replace it with a better unit. Just had to replace mine (warranty). Apparently not a great unit, as it is less than a year old.

All of of the dealers and storage places in my area have been hit multiple times. I guess you can get $10-$20 for each tv and a heroin hit is about $50 from what I am told. Its a terrible epidemic around Cincinnati.

Sorry for your loss! Our storage place had a break-in last year in which the thief's were stealing batteries from the RV's.

Welcome Clint, sorry for having to go thru damage and theft, I like the 3818, I wish they had that unit, when I was looking to buy, where I live, the main thing getting taken is the Propane bottles, i guess they use it for make drugs? Anyway, hope you get yours back soon, between Ins companies, and Dealers...
