Welcome to the Forums! ;-helo-:
I have a small Coleman and am happy with it. There were some issues, but nothing major.
Check your trailer out carefully to make sure EVERYTHING works like it is supposed to, well before the warranty period runs out. I suspect that the number of really crappy units is in the >10% range. If something like a fridge, converter or water pump goes out that is because they are cheap, but that can happen on any brand. Partly Dutchmen/Keystone's fault, but a lot of manufacturers buy the least expensive stuff they can to meet a price point and to maximize profits.
From what I have observed most units are okay with minor issues, they are built by humans. I have yet to see a perfect one. However every now and again I will see one that really makes me wonder just WTH they were thinking... or doing.
It is nothing new in the RV industry it has been going on for ages. I had a 1975 Airstream that I did a complete rebuild on, some of the stuff I found really had me shaking my head in disbelief. Like the remains of marijuana joints in between the walls along with pull tabs from beer cans. Not to mention a whole row of rivets that missed the rib.
I just looked your trailer up, shouldn't have too many issues with it as it is pretty simple. I like it. If there had been one of those on the lot when we bought our Coleman I might have ended up with it. Nice layout.
Does yours have a slide out?
