Just traded my 2009 Puma in for a new 2020 Dutchman Aspen Trail 2750BHSWE.. We love the layout and it tows great. So far everything works and no big surprises however on closer inspection I am wondering who in the world the guy was who cut the holes for wiring, plumbing, and heating ducts. The holes are huge, unevenly cut, and messy. Lots of skill missing there. Couple hinge pins falling out of the cabinet hinges. Going on a 6 day shakedown trip. So far so good, I like the looks, now let’s see how it holds up!

WE love our 2016 aspen trail. Have not found much wrong with it. I am handy and done lots to make it livable for us. I always have the wheel bearings done each year before out season starts along with wheel balance. Plus we changed out the china tires for Goodyear endurance after we weighed the trailer fully loaded to make sure we got the right tire for the load.

I'll second chily3's comments. We purchased a 2016 Aspen Trail, in the spring of 2016 and have taken it on at least 6 times during each summer that we've owned it. The only problem we had was early on with refrigerant leaking from the AC unit. The AC unit was replaced under warranty, and during service the trailer brake wiring terminal strip had to be replaced.. This was all done within the first year of ownership. Replaced the tires with Goodyear endurance brand this past year and we couldn't be happier with it. Best of luck with you 2020..
