I got a 35' pull behind camper I need a title for it I got vin and plate it's a 1990 Dutchman classic 35SA but hasn't been registered since 2017 how do I find the owners any ideas

Contact the DMV. Certainly getting a title from the current registered owner is the simplest method. However, there are other ways. See what the DMV says.
