Greetings,

I have a 1995 Thor Dutchmen Class C - Ford E350 based RV that I bought with only 35k miles on the clock. I am slowing fixing/replacing/upgrading things to make it safe and comfortable for road trips.

I am in search of the hose that goes from the fuel filler neck to the gas tank. The local Ford Stealership says it is no longer available from Ford and can't tell me anything about it (size, dimensions etc).

I would deeply appreciate any guidance or direction on where I might find a suitable replacement hose.

Thanks, Marco in Burien, WA

I assume you’ve already scoured to the end of the internet for a part number and have come back empty.

If at all possible, I’d check a junkyard (my guess not likely to find one). Might get lucky and find an RV like yours, if not perhaps a similar vehicle year or model will have a replacement.

Next. I’d get a rough estimate of the outside diameter of the hose and check the local auto store to see if they have fuel hose.

The workshop manual may have instructions on how to change. my printed workshop manuals are usually around $200.

Have a conversation with a vehicle restoration shop about repairing.

There are several Ford fuel filler hoses Ford E350 on Amazon. If you have the old one you might match up with one there.

Does it look like this?
Ford parts are labeled sometimes Motorcraft. Getting some idea of what the hose looks like would help you. Is it part metal or just rubber all the way? You can also check parts geek for the part. Having it mounted with an RV may change the design of the hose somewhat so it’s good to check to be sure. If you can snag a picture, it would help. I can’t find probably find it checking some of the auto parts stores. They sometimes have exploded views.

I found this at another site, you put in the engine size and the transmission size and it gives you a parts breakdown.
