I have a 2014 Voltage 3605, I’ve read a couple of posts about a “reset” button on the Lippert Hydraulic Jack System. I can’t find one on my trailer, if someone can tell me where it is or better yet send a picture I would really appreciate it.

Thank you

Here is a link to the Owner's manual. There are a few types in there but odds are one is yours.

Also, unfortunately, Dutchmen didn't follow Lippert's specifications when they installed these and if I recall they run them through a self resetting fuse/breaker that is 40 amps when they actually need 50 or 60. Also, the wire thickness required for higher amperage is greater than the wiring that Dutchmen used so it is not safe to run a bigger breaker.

As a possible fix you might try replacing the automatic reset breaker which is only a few bucks and likely available at an auto parts store--or worst case on line if you can wait the day or two for delivery. If your jacks used to work most of the time but occasionally the panel would cut out and then reset and work again that breaker was probably wearing out. A new one might solve the issue.

The appropriate fix is to run heavier gauge wire and a new fuse or breaker such as one that car audio equipment uses and you should never have the problem again. I did this a couple of years ago and have yet to have a reset. But again, do not increase your breaker size unless you increase the wire size or you could have a fire.

Also, the jacks require more power when they are retracting than they do when extending which seems illogical but something in the way the hydraulics work.

Another idea is to try and only retract a two jacks at a time so the system isn't trying to do too much at once--just an idea.
