Howdy,
Just joined the forum today. We have been RVing for over 30 years and like many transitioned from pop ups to bumper pulls over the years. We purchased our retirement rig in October of 2014. A 2015 Voltage 3305. It works great for us and makes hauling our golf cart very easy. No, we are not golfers, just joy riders. I used to wench it into the back of our Ram 2500 then hitch up the trailer. Too much work. The Voltage makes that job a breeze now. The 2500 didn't manage the load of the Voltage to my satisfaction so we upgraded to the dually. The rig now handles like a charm with a good feeling of control. We're still working through many warranty issues causing a lot of headaches. Hopefully we can get them resolved soon since we've been fighting for nine months now trying to get the dealer to address the issues identified during the pre-delivery check out. Very simple issues of broken and missing items, I'll be glad when it's all fixed.
B.T.

Welcome to the campfire, the adult beverages are in the cooler. While not a single one of us knows everything about camping, as a group we can usually figure something out. Sorry to hear about the issues and the dealership dragging their feet. Sounds like we will have another helper in the fixit department here.

Thanks Mole, In reading through the posts it looks like a good group of people on here. None of the nonsense I've seen on other RV forums. I'm happy to help when I can, knowing that there is always much to learn still. In the multitude of sincere ideas, the solution can usually be found.

I've been doing repairs on our unit myself since our dealer has not come through for us. Wiring snafus, plumbing issues, AC issues, etc. Thankfully I was able to fix everything I tackled so far. They had it two times for 30 days and one time for ten. I was told two times the parts are in, just bring it up. Both times the parts were not even ordered. Lately I have been closing the loop between them and Keystone. The Misses and I went to the dealer last week to see if parts were ordered, no, not yet. We informed them we would not be leaving until the parts were ordered. An hour later I was presented with an order statement. I followed up with Keystone and they are finally going to expedite the parts. The recliner couch end that was broken when delivered and doesn't recline, and the sub-woofer for the speaker upgrade that was never installed at all are two of the most annoying items. The rest of the list is long and is mostly quality control failures like the bed pedestal too small and off center causing the edge of the mattress to sag and can't sit on it. Things one would not expect when investing this much in a unit. Other than that we love our Voltage, the layout, features and comfort is what we needed. I'll be relieved when everything is right as it should have been when delivered. Yet another chapter in the book of adventures.
