After 4 attempts, I think I may have the right combination:
Started with an elderly C class Jayco on a Ford 350 platform; found we (wife and dogs) liked the RV lifestyle for our vacations
So
F150 added to the fleet, and following it an Outback Kangaroo toy hauler, really liked that coach, but a little too small, but 3 years and 10k touring miles.....
F150 lease ended, so bought a F250 with a Diesel, one more trip with the Outback, but got the idea we should change to a 5th wheel.
This is where is went wrong for a year:
Bought and new Forest River entry level toy hauler, 30ft. Wish we had not done this, quality was not very poor, after one year the chassis was rusty (it had not even seen salt) and Forest River were not very interested in my observations, so after much agonizing my wife and I spotted a new entry in an RV show in February, the Voltage 2012 V3005 toy hauler. What a difference to the Forest River.

So here we are, anther 3000 miles later, proud owners of a Dutchman 2012 V3005 and an F250. All set for the next 10 to 15 years.

:-cong and welcome to the forum. I hope you have many more years and miles of enjoyment in your new Voltage. Happy camping and safe travels.:)
