Hi from Florida. On Monday I will doing the walk through and signing the papers on a Coleman 17RD. At camping world up in Hanover, PA. any ideas suggestions on what to look for when going through the unit. Any known issues I should be aware of?

These are two very good lists. Since it sound like you are buying it up there and dragging it back to Spring Hill, make sure you are very thorough. Don't be afraid to take your time. make sure the internal water pump works and there are no leaks. Check the roof to make sure they sealed it properly.

Walk through

Make sure you check everything and see if you can get the dealer to throw some things in. Maybe a battery shut off or some leveling blocks, wheel chocks, water hose black tank clean out wand. Full propane tanks. Get what ever you can they make alot of money on RV,s
