Hello and I am so excited to be here! We are expecting our new Kodiak 300BHSL early next week. Yes, I know, right AFTER Memorial Day but in time for a week at the beach!!
We bought our first camper in June 2009, a 2010 Keystone Hornet with a bunkhouse. Though we've enjoyed many fun trips, our camper was a dud. Water leaks from the get go. Mold, mildew, etc.
Last sept we took it in and they had to replace the floor, linoleum, and back wall. We picked it up 3 months later, took it straight to storage and anxiously waited for an opportunity to use it. That time came the first week in April.
Got to the storage faculty, opened the door and there was about 1/2" standing water in it. Mold and mildew and unhappy owners.
Dealership made us an offer and we negotiated a fair trade for a new one. They didn't have exactly what I wanted on the lot so we ordered it.
Sure hope Kodiak travel trailers are water sealed better than Keystone is.
Anyway, if I remember I'll post pics when we get it.
