We are in Florida and not new to camping but new to having a travel trailer.
The one we have is a 2013 Dutchman Kodiak 241 rbsl.
It's not in our possession yet but should be this week.
I'll have tons of learning to get under my belt as far as getting the camper ready for our first trip.
I'm hoping my old 1991 Ford E250 can handle the camper, The van is in good running condition so cross your fingers.
I've been reading allot of post here and I've already learned some things I didn't know.
Anyway, Thanks for letting my family in the forum.

Ask away. Lots of very knowledgeable TTers here.

BTW. I'm 4 hours down the coast from you. Have camped in the state park there but don't remember the name.

Well, It made it home!!!!
The old Ford did a decent job pulling the 4,500 pound Kodiak.
I admit it did start off slow but once it made to 65mph it handled it fine.

We've got allot to do getting the camper ready but it will be soon.
